This is No1 of a series of 4 Blackwork “excercises” – designed to explore and enjoy the variations of Blackwork outside the puristic black of former times.
On a small sampler style piece you will stitch various patterns , cross stitch and Special Stitches and use DMC, silks, beads, metallics and sparkling crystals.
The mere design size is 98 x 98 stitches.
