This one is an “all-in-one” package :
You receive 16 individual designs – small, but intricate.
Each can be stitched with an ornate frame – or just “plain”.
You can even add the more intricate extra outer frame too – and arrange it in a crib size coverlet or afghan.
For box-tops etc. As greeting card. A fob…
You can sort them horizontally or vertically in rows of 4 and work kind of a bellpull etc.
You can stitch them all together on one piece of fabric for an impressive work of embroidery with a
A lovely background, which can be personalized by the added alphabet…
Or – and this was the basic idea, you can use each ready stitched small design, surround it with patchworked fabric pieces, in Log-Cabin style or other – and sew a beautiful heirloom piece – a Quilt!
Whatever you choose to do, you will surely enjoy the variety of topics, stitches, threads, and embellishments.
Beautiful threads are used and besides cross stitch, you will work well-explained Special Stitches!
Size: The size of this piece is highly dependent on the finish you choose. Each motif is 77 x 77 stitches. The overall design size is 427 x 429 stitches, but you can choose to allow more space in between the motifs, I find even 2″ is not too much!
Recommended fabric: Also dependent on your finish but you can choose a fabric that is large enough to hold all the motifs or simply one or two. Designed for 16/32ct and white or ecru background but could look wonderful on a deep blue or black!
